This policy covers the DEK website, the DEK app and businesses' booking pages on the DEK platform. The cookies and similar technologies on them are used by the operator of DEK, Majevski, MB. A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser; the browser's local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. We always use the necessary ones, because the site would not work without them. Everything else runs only with your explicit consent, and you can change your mind at any time.

Analytics
Helps DEK understand how the DEK website and businesses' booking pages are used, and improve them. A random identifier is stored in your browser, so these statistics are not anonymous.
Analytics tools store a random identifier in your browser, by which they recognise repeat visits, and send to their systems information about which pages you view and which page you came from, how you use the page (for example clicks and scrolling), and about your device, browser and IP address. This is therefore not anonymous statistics. Majevski, MB uses this data as the controller to measure and improve the DEK website and platform. If you consent, analytics may also run on the booking pages of businesses whose owner has personally accepted version 2.1 or a later version of the DEK Terms of Service, at signup or later in DEK (a notice of the new version is not enough), and on the booking page of the DEK demo business; the business whose page you are on does not receive this data. The analytics tools use the same identifier on different DEK pages, including the booking pages of different businesses where analytics runs, so Majevski, MB can see which businesses' booking pages were opened in the same browser. Analytics does not run on the visit management, email unsubscribe and password reset pages or on other pages whose address contains a personal link or access token, nor in the DEK Identity account. The analytics tools do not receive such links and, on businesses' booking pages, do not receive the data you enter or select in the booking form. On businesses' booking pages, apart from Google Analytics, only an analytics tool that Majevski, MB has marked as allowed there may run; Majevski, MB gives that mark only to a tool configured not to record click positions, the text of clicked elements or clicked links (their addresses and labels), and to make no session recordings or heatmaps. If nda.lt runs on a business's booking page, it does not receive click positions, the text of clicked elements or the addresses and labels of clicked links there.
If you also consented to marketing, Google Analytics data collected on the DEK website (not on businesses' booking pages) may also be used for Google advertising features, and Google may store additional cookies.

Marketing
Advertising and retargeting on the DEK website only, not on businesses' booking pages. Lets DEK measure its own ads and show you more relevant DEK ads on other sites and apps.
Marketing tools run only on the DEK website, not on businesses' booking pages and not on pages with personal links. If you consent, they store an identifier in your browser and send the advertising platform information about your visit to the DEK website, including the address of the page you came from, so that DEK can measure the results of its advertising and show you more relevant DEK ads. If you came to the DEK website through a link on a business's booking page, the advertising platform may also receive that page's address, from which the business can be identified. Where Meta Pixel is listed, Majevski, MB and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers for collecting the data on the DEK website and transmitting it to Meta; the essence of the joint arrangement is set out in the DEK Privacy Policy. Meta processes the data further as an independent controller under its own privacy policy and may link it to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. Meta may also receive cookies it has previously stored on its own domains, if your browser allows this.

Your rights
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time on this page. Once you withdraw it, analytics and marketing tools are no longer loaded, but cookies and storage entries they have already stored stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them in your browser settings. You have the right to access, correct or erase your data. You may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
